A MESSAGE from PREMIER DAVID EBY

As Premier of British Columbia, it is my pleasure to welcome everyone attending the 2025 Vancouver Kimchi and K-Food Festival.

This 2-day event offers an exciting chance to try an impressive range of kimchi and vibrant Korean cuisine from local food trucks and vendors. Kimchi is more than a traditional Korean dish, it symbolizes community and wisdom passed down through generations, representing deep cultural heritage and identity.

The festival will also feature an array of performances, live music, K-pop dances and other family-friendly activities, providing a wonderful occasion to bring people together and experience the joy of cultural exchange.

I would like to thank the Burnaby North Road Business Improvement Association and the Brownbag Business Community for organizing this festival and reminding us of the power of culinary heritage to unite people of all backgrounds. We are lucky to live in the most diverse province in Canada, and events like this offer a unique opportunity to be immersed in one of the many vibrant cultures that make BC so special.

Please accept my best wishes for a delicious and fun-filled festival experience!

Premier David Eby, British Columbia
