  • Town Centre Park Community Centre (Lafarge Lake)
    Coquitlam, BC

    • Sponsorship costs are tier-based and negotiable by tier.

    • An official invoice will be issued after submission and approval of the sponsorship application.
      Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer or Cheque.

    • A detailed sponsorship benefits guide (PDF) will be provided per tier upon confirmation.
       

    • All benefits are designed to be fully executable on-site, with a strong focus on high-frequency LED screen exposure, live stage programming, and audience engagement throughout the venue.

    • Sponsor exposure will take place throughout the festival venue, including but not limited to:

    • Main stage and program stages

    • LED screens

    • Banners and signage

    • Booth areas and designated sponsor zones

    • Sponsorship opportunities are limited and may be subject to availability.

    • Category exclusivity and custom sponsorship options may be discussed upon request.

    • All sponsorship arrangements are subject to final confirmation by the festival organizing committee
