Hands-On Kimchi Making Class
A guided workshop by Mom’s Kimchi where participants make their own kimchi using premium ingredients while learning about fermentation and Korea’s 3,000-year-old kimchi heritage.
Each participant takes home their own container of freshly made kimchi.

K-Street Food Market & Live Cooking Stage
An open-air market recreating the atmosphere of Seoul’s vibrant night streets.
This year’s lineup features 20 signature K-Food dishes including tteokbokki, hotteok, bibimbap, Korean fried chicken, gimbap, and hot dogs — showcasing Korea’s diverse food culture.
Visitors can also enjoy live chef demonstrations throughout the day.

Kimchi Innovation & Fermentation Zone
A special experience zone where visitors can explore kimchi’s past and future through live fermentation demos, varietal tastings, and short video presentations on kimchi’s health benefits and global fusion dishes such as kimchi tacos and kimchi paella.

Hanbok Experience & Photo Studio
Try on traditional or modern hanbok for free and capture memorable photos at themed photo zones.
Participants can also join the “Hanbok Daily Look” showcase on stage.

Squid Game Mini Challenge Zone
A fun mini-game zone inspired by Squid Game, featuring dalgona candy, ddakji, and jegichagi challenges. Complete missions to collect stamps and win prizes.

K-Beauty Showcase 2026
An upgraded pavilion highlighting Korea’s leading beauty brands.

K-POP Dance Cover Challenge
— Western Canada QualifierThe official Western Canada qualifier for K-POP dance teams, organized in collaboration with the Korean Cultural Center (in progress).

Volunteer & Youth Leadership Program
Over 200 volunteers and youth leaders support all festival operations, including eco, info, and stage teams. Participants receive meals, uniforms, and certificates of recognition.
