Audiences can vote live through the festival app.

Application Form

Enter a link to your dance performance video (e.g., YouTube).

Describe your team’s name, concept, and past activities in 500 characters or less.

Please upload your team introduction, promotional poster, or other related materials. If any participant is under 19, include the signed parental consent form as well.
