   Retail Vendor Information
   - Festival Dates: August 28–29, 2026
   - Venue: Coquitlam Town Centre Park
   - Operating Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM, both days
   - Application Deadline: June 30, 2026 · 5:00 PM PT


   Booth Setup
   Each standard 10 ft × 10 ft food vendor booth includes:
   - 1 table
   - 2 chairs
   - 10 ft × 10 ft tent
   Additional equipment, power, rental items, or optional services may be subject to separate
   fees and must be arranged in advance.


   Setup Schedule
   - August 27(Thur), 2026: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
   - August 28(Fri), 2026: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
   All food vendor equipment must be fully set up, turned on, and operating at the required
   temperatures by 10:00 AM on Friday, August 28, 2026.


   Required Documents
   Required documents may include:
   - Signed Vendor Agreement

   - Full booth fee payment + Eco-Deposit

   - Commercial General Liability Insurance certificate, minimum CAD $5,000,000

   - Business licence, if applicable

   - Product list or service description

   - Photo of booth setup or display, if available

   All required documents must be submitted to apply@kimchifest.ca by June 30, 2026.

 

   Booth Assignment

   Final booth assignments will be determined by the organizing committee and announced
   by email prior to the event.

Electricity Required

If "Yes", you must specify the power below. Use of electricity may require Fire Department approval.

*Following the review by the organizing committee, selected vendors will be notified individually via email with the vendor agreement and payment link by June 30.
