Food Truck

   Food Truck Information
   - Festival Dates: August 28–29, 2026
   - Venue: Coquitlam Town Centre Park
   - Operating Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM, both days
   - Application Deadline: June 30, 2026 · 5:00 PM PT

   Setup Schedule

   - August 27(Thur), 2026: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
   - August 28(Fri), 2026: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM

   - All food truck / trailer vendors must be fully set up and ready for inspection before
      the festival opens.

   - All equipment must be turned on and operating at the required temperatures by 10:00 AM   on Friday, August 28, 2026.


   Required Documents
   Required documents may include:

   - Signed Vendor Agreement

   - Full vendor fee payment + Eco-Deposit

   - Commercial General Liability Insurance certificate, minimum CAD $5,000,000

   - Product Liability coverage included within the insurance policy

   - Fraser Health Temporary Food Service Premises Permit

   - FoodSafe Level 1 certificate

   - Fire Inspection Certificate / GVFCA Decal

   - Annual Food Truck Fire Inspection Decal / GVFCA

   - Technical Safety BC Propane Certificate, if propane equipment is used

   - Menu with pricing

   - Photo of food truck / trailer when fully operational

   All required documents must be submitted to apply@kimchifest.ca by June 30, 2026.

 

   Important Notes

   Food truck / trailer vendors must comply with all applicable Fraser Health, Coquitlam
   Fire/Rescue, City of Coquitlam, Technical Safety BC, and festival operating requirements.

   Failure to submit required documents, pass inspections, or meet health and safety   

   requirements may result in cancellation or denial of on-site operation.

   Final participation is confirmed only after written approval from the organizing committee.
