First-Ever Kimchi & K-Food Festival Runs in Burnaby This Friday and Saturday
The very first Kimchi & K-Food Festival in Burnaby is set to take place on September 5 and 6, bringing together food, culture, and entertainment in one exciting weekend. Visitors will be able to enjoy authentic Korean flavors including kimchi, tteokbokki, bibimbap, and fried chicken, while also experiencing cultural performances and activities.
The event features not only food stalls but also a variety of cultural programs such as K-pop dance covers, traditional music, and taekwondo demonstrations. Interactive zones will allow attendees to participate in games and photo opportunities, making the festival a truly family-friendly event.
Organizers emphasize that the festival aims to highlight Korean culture within Metro Vancouver’s multicultural landscape, inviting both local residents and international visitors to experience the joy of Korean food and traditions.
