1st Vancouver Kimchi Master Showcase

Celebrate the taste and tradition of kimchi! Vancouver-based kimchi masters present live demonstrations, sharing authentic Korean craftsmanship and traditional techniques. Visitors can enjoy tasting samples and vote on the sticker voting board to choose the Best Kimchi Creation.

  • Participants: 5–10 selected applicants

  • Judging: 50% Expert Panel + 50% Audience Votes

  • Awards: 🥇 1st – Hannam Kimchi Refrigerator | 🥈🥉 2nd & 3rd – Gift Cards

  • Eligibility: Must be 19+ years old, have kimchi-making experience (home cooks and professionals welcome), and be available for the full event day.

  • Application Deadline: November 10, 2025
